As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the whole process of buying a house. When we first met, Daniel took the time to sit down with me and my husband over coffee to discuss our wish list, budget, and location preferences. He was punctual and quick to arrange house viewings that fit my schedule. He was very patient and never rushed me to make a decision. When I found the house I wanted, Daniel was very helpful in writing the offer, closing the deal, organizing the inspection, and doing multiple walkthroughs with me. He referred us to a contact at New American Funding which allowed us to move forward with pre-approval for a conventional loan. In retrospect, I do wish I had done my research on VA loans and gained pre-approval before any house viewings. My wife and I were selling our condo in Gig Harbor and Daniel was recommended as a realtor to handle the sale. It started out fine but became very clear that he, along with his partner, did not understand the market in Gig Harbor and advised us poorly in setting a listing price. It ended very badly and we had to scramble to find another realtor. Based on our experiences I would not recommend.
